Your voucher

To ensure that the voucher(s) your CineGame, CineCard, GameCenter or CineAd gives out, it is important that you have an understanding of the different types of vouchers you can use. You can see examples of the various voucher below.

Since CineGame prizes are not always in a language we understand, it is also important that you fill in the prize information yourself.
This also ensures that the prize communicates your values in a way that is consistent with your brand.

Once you have filled in the prize information, we will set up the prize and send a picture of it for approval.

Voucher content:

Graphic material

1 wallet image. Used for an overview of the Voucher
1 prize image. Used for the prize itself, this image can be transparent
1 background image. This image is used as a background for the prize itself. It is important that the image is not too bright as all prize text will be white.

An expiration date or number of days it must be valid after it is received
A description of what you can use the voucher for
Conditions, if any

Codes (If desired)

You can add codes to all vvv. Both static and generic. The codes can be both numeric and QR codes.

Please note that the text displayed on top of the background image is white, therefore images that are too light are not recommended.

The CineGame wallet:

All prizes and vouchers are stored in the user's wallet.

In the user's wallet, the following will be displayed:

A wallet image
A headline (the same as the one displayed on the prize itself)
Expiration date

The wallet image can have a frame but it is not a requirement, the image can also go to the edge

Voucher types:

Voucher prize

This voucher is used for raffles and does not require any redemption mechanism.

The voucher will disappear from the user's CineGame app on the specified expiry date.

2. Voucher with numerical code

This voucher contains a code, the code can be either a static or a generic code.

This voucher is primarily used for voucher to be redeemed on a website or in an app.

The voucher will disappear from the user's CineGame app on the specified expiry date.

3. Swipe voucher

This voucher contains a swipe function, and is primarily used when a voucher must be redeemed in a physical store.

This voucher disappears from the user's CineGame app after the swipe is completed.

4. Swipe voucher with numerical code

This voucher contains a swipe function and a numerical code and is primarily used when a voucher must be redeemed in a physical store that would like to enter the code into their checkout system.

This voucher disappears from the user's CineGame app after the swipe is completed.

5. Voucher with QR code

This voucher contains a QR code that can be scanned when redeeming. The QR code can be either a static or a generic code.

This voucher is primarily used when a prize must be redeemed in a physical store

The voucher will only disappear from the user's CineGame app on the specified expiry date.

6. Voucher with QR code that disappears after 30 seconds

This voucher with a QR code contains a function that asks the user if they want to use the QR code now. If the user answers yes, the QR code is displayed for 30 seconds and then the voucher disappears from their CineGame app.
